Dr. Jordan Keith Joins Vision Specialists at Council Bluffs Location
Vision Specialists welcomed experienced optometrist, Jordan Keith, O.D., F.A.A.O., Dipl. A.B.O., to the team at our Council Bluffs location. Dr. Keith brings with him a breadth of eye care expertise that he uses to provide exceptional care for his patients. He’s also devoted himself to educating fellow eye doctors at Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, and KMK Optometry Coaching, which he founded.
Throughout his years of practice, Dr. Keith has proven himself as a compassionate doctor who is highly regarded by patients and peers alike. This is shown by his numerous teaching awards, service on the Board of the Minnesota Optometric Association, and his place in Newsweek’s list of “America’s Best Eye Doctors” in 2022. “I love to connect with patients and make a difference in their lives, and Vision Specialists is the perfect place to do that,” Dr. Keith said.
Vision Specialists Announces Myopia Management Added to All Locations
As part of our dedication to providing convenient, modern eye care, Vision Specialists now offers myopia management at each of our practices. While glasses can correct myopia, or nearsightedness, the condition will quickly progress without proper treatment. Our myopia management plans are for children, usually between the ages of 8 and 12, and help to slow the progression of myopia. Our expert doctors will provide your child with advanced contact lens technology with Ortho-K, multifocal, and MiSight® 1 day lenses, as well as atropine eye drops.

Proving our dedication to remain on the cutting edge of medical eye care for our patients, we were named a national leader in Neurolens® treatment of eye misalignment and its symptoms. This innovative prism lens technology uses a patients’ glasses to ease the physical affects caused by eye misalignment, such as head and neck aches, eye pain, eye strain, and the sensation of dry eye. Neurolens® is customizable to any frame and can truly help improve focus and soothe the eyes discomfort when prescribed by our experts.
